AI is changing every kind of work — and most of the advice about it is either hype or fear. startai.training exists to give people one honest thing: a clear, realistic path from the job they have now into AI-related work, whatever their background.

We focus on the EU (Ireland first) and the UK, so the salary ranges, demand, and courses we point to are relevant to where you actually live and work.

How we keep it honest

No "six figures in six weeks." We publish realistic timelines and effort, and when we recommend a course or tool that earns us a referral, we say so. If a path is long or hard, we tell you up front — we'd rather lose a click than your trust.
