Terms of Service

Last updated: 5 June 2026

These terms govern your use of startai.training (the "site"). By using the site you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

startai.training is operated from Ireland. Contact: [email protected].

1. What this site is — and isn't

startai.training provides general information and educational guidance about careers in and around artificial intelligence. It is not professional career, financial, legal, or employment advice, and it is not a substitute for it.

The roadmaps, salary ranges, demand outlooks and timelines on this site are realistic estimates for the EU/Ireland and UK markets, not guarantees. We work hard to be honest, but markets change and individual results vary.

2. No guarantee of outcomes

We do not guarantee any particular job, salary, qualification, or outcome from following our guidance. Your results depend on many factors outside our control, including your own effort and the job market.

3. Affiliate disclosure

Some links on this site are affiliate links — if you buy a course, tool or service through them, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. We only recommend things we believe are genuinely useful, and a commission never changes our editorial view. Affiliate links are disclosed where they appear.

4. Third-party links and services

The site links to third-party websites and resources we don't control. We're not responsible for their content, products, or practices. Any purchase or relationship you enter into with a third party is between you and them.

5. Mentoring

Mentoring, where offered, provides personal guidance and opinion — not a guarantee of results, and not professional advice. Specific terms (scope, fees, cancellation) will be provided before any paid mentoring begins.

6. Intellectual property

The content, design and branding of this site are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by copyright. You may read and share links to our content, but you may not republish or sell it without permission.

7. Acceptable use

Don't use the site unlawfully, attempt to disrupt or compromise it, or scrape it in a way that burdens our infrastructure.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

The site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We don't warrant that the information is complete, current, or error-free.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for decisions you make based on the site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. Nothing here removes statutory rights you have as a consumer under Irish, EU or UK law.

11. Changes

We may update these terms; the "last updated" date reflects the current version. Continued use of the site means you accept the current terms.
