AI Trainer / Enablement
Teach teams to actually adopt AI — the human side of the rollout. If you can explain things clearly and help people change how they work, this is one of the most in-demand and rewarding non-technical AI roles.
Typical pay: €40k–€62k (IE) · £35k–£55k (UK) estimate — verify before relying on it
The short version
The biggest barrier to AI in most organisations isn't the technology — it's that people don't know how to use it well, or are quietly afraid of it. AI Trainer / Enablement closes that gap. If you can teach and help people change, this is one of the most valued non-technical AI roles, and it's only getting bigger.
A day in the life
You run a workshop that turns a sceptical team into confident, careful AI users. You build a short, practical curriculum instead of a 90-slide deck nobody reads. You measure who's actually using what, and follow up with the people who stalled. You write the responsible-use guidelines that keep everyone safe.
Who it suits
You'll thrive if you love explaining things, enjoy seeing people "get it," and are willing to stay hands-on enough with the tools to teach them credibly. Teaching and L&D backgrounds are a perfect fit — and it's a natural stepping stone into mentoring, which you could do right here.
